50 Ton Double Girder Overhead Crane for steel factory metallurgy Foundry
Introduction:
QDY Model Ladle Crane, Foundry Overhead Crane, Casting Overhead Crane is mainly used in the continuous casting EPT of steelmaking for pouring melted iron from additive bay of converter to converter, lifting melten steel water from refining bay to refining furnace! Capacity is from 5t to 74tons, span is from 10.5m to 31.5m.
Working conditions:
The temperature of working environment is -10° C-+60° C;
The relative humidity is no more than 50% when the temperature is +40° C;
Working duties: A7, A8, heavy duty

Control mode:
Wireless control, cabin control.
Cart
It consists of metallurgy motor, gearbox, hydraulic brake, coupling, wheels, and wire drum.
Equipped with special motor for metallurgy, IP54, class of insulation is H;
Matched with two sets hydraulic brakes(double brake)
Trolley have double drive mechanism, reducer’s gear is drived on hard-toothed surface
Features:
EPT box type, welding by robot;
Thermal-protective coating is added at the bottom of the main girder.
Crane wheels are vacuum casting, machined by CNC machines, medium-frequency quenching, precise and top quality control.
Wirerope drum, gears, couplings shafts are machined by CNC manchines, top quality control.
Heavy duty slipring motor, or, squirrel cage motor with VVVF, IP 54 or IP44 with insulation class F or H, soft starting and smooth running, could meet frequent using.
Siemens or Schneider main EPT parts are used for durable working and energy saving!
