A bucket elevator is a conveyor through which buckets are set up on a vertically circulating chain, to vertically convey loads of granular powder. You’ll find two series of bucket elevators: NE Sort (conventional pace) and NSE Style (large velocity). Both forms have wide-ranging applications.
(a) NE Bucket Elevator Chains
An NE style bucket elevator is usually a general-use bucket elevator that operates at a regular conveyance speed. The elevator is produced with two types of chains: Common Conveyor Chain with Attachment G4 (normal or heavy-duty) and DK Powerful Z Conveyor Chain.
(b) NSE Bucket Elevator Chains
An NSE variety bucket elevator is intended for high pace conveyance and also the pace is about double that of NE style. To stand up to higher pace operation and to minimize noise and shock, the chain pitch is one-half or much less of that with the chains for NE variety. To ensure higher durability, pins, bushings and rollers are the exact same as people for solid Z-type.
Use the sprockets unique for NSE Bucket Elevator Chains.
